This is Sea Spray

Set along White Sound on Elbow Cay, Sea Spray is a full-service marina with 62 slips, a waterfront restaurant, a beautiful bar, a pool for guests, and a small collection of waterfront residences. Life here unfolds at an easy, unhurried pace—on the water, along the docks, and into evenings that linger a little longer than expected.

With some of the Bahamas’ best cruising and fishing just beyond the harbor, Sea Spray has long been a place people return to, season after season. Life here is shaped by the water.

Built twice. Better the second time.

Hurricane Dorian hit Elbow Cay in 2019 and took most of Sea Spray with it. What stands here now was rebuilt from the ground up — new docks, new buildings, new systems. The bones are stronger. The layout is smarter. The draft still holds seven feet at low tide.

We do not dwell on the storm. But we are not going to pretend it did not happen either. The rebuild is part of the story, and the people who brought Sea Spray back are the same ones running it today.

Elbow Cay, Abacos

Elbow Cay is a three-mile island with no traffic lights, no chain restaurants, and no rush. Hope Town is a ten-minute walk north. The Atlantic side has a long, empty beach. The Sea of Abaco side has protected water and easy access to the cays, the flats, and the offshore banks.

Sea Spray is on the Sea of Abaco side, tucked into White Sound. You can reach Marsh Harbour by boat in about 20 minutes, Tahiti Beach in 10, and the Marls — some of the best bonefishing flats in the Bahamas — in under an hour.
