We are currently rebuilding the world-renowned Sea Spray Resort & Villas on Elbow Cay, creating a thoughtfully designed collection of luxury rental homes and villas
Once complete, the community will feature a limited selection of spacious oceanfront residences, including four 6-bedroom homes, five 4-bedroom homes, and three 3-bedroom homes - all available exclusively for rent. In addition, ten beautifully appointed one-bedroom villas will offer a more intimate stay, perfect for couples or small groups.
Set against the backdrop of the Abacos’ crystal-clear waters and white-sand beaches, Sea Spray is designed to deliver an exceptional island experience with the comfort and convenience of resort-style living.
We anticipate welcoming our first rental guests in Fall 2026.
