Effective April 1, 2007, the transient rate for dockage will be $1.60 per foot on a daily basis. If you choose to stay 31 days to 6 months, the rate for dockage will be $1.05 per foot on a daily basis. If you choose to stay 6 months or more (long term), the rate for dockage will be $.90 per foot on a daily basis.
The off season rate applies from September 1, until February 28. The transient rate for dockage this period will be $1.25 per foot on a daily basis. If you choose to stay 31 days to 6 months, the rate for dockage will be $0.80 per foot on a daily basis. If you choose to stay 6 months or more (long term) the rate for dockage will be $0.65 per foot on a daily basis.
All electricity will be metered at $.50 cents per kilowatt hour and water will be metered at $.20 cents per gallon. These rates apply all year. All tenders 23 foot and above will be charged at the regular marina rates.
