

Hope Town Light House - Climb the 101 steps of this 118 foot candy-striped lighthouse for stunning views of the outer Cays and Hope Town Harbor.
Beaches - Elbow Cay's Atlantic beach stretches the entire length of the island and provides the perfect outlet for sunbathing, walks, book reading or body surfing. Tahiti Beach, one of the most picturesque beaches in the Bahamas, is located a short distance from the Resort and is perfect for enjoying colorful sunsets, romantic walks or snorkeling and swimming in calm shallow waters.
Diving/Snorkeling - The Great Abaco Barrier Reef, the world’s third largest barrier reef, runs almost 100 miles from Walkers Cay to about 20 miles south of Elbow Cay and is located within 50 feet of the Island’s shores. Additionally, Fowl Cay Underwater Park, located at the north end of nearby Man-0-War Cay, provides divers and snorkelers with a front row seat to the colorful world of tropical fish and coral reefs.
Fishing - Some of the best fishing in the world, both deep sea and bone fish, is found in Abaco. Charters and guides can be arranged through the Resort office.
Boating - The Sea of Abaco is one of the safest and most exciting cruising grounds in the world. It is a sheltered, relatively shallow body of water that assures calm, safe, obstacle free cruising. Rental sail or powerboats can be arranged through the marina office.
Bicycling – Elbow Cay is approximately 6 miles long and 1/4 mile wide, perfect for exploration by bicycle.
Exploration – The Bahamas consist of 700 separate islands and many small islands are in close proximity to Sea Spray. The Resort’s staff can help arrange a day excursion to a neighboring Cay.
